Exhibit A — Property Overview & Parcel Identification

Purpose: Identifies the property and provides geographic context for the records that follow.
Exhibit B — Historical Wetland and Site Conditions
Contents:
- Historical photographs of wet and low-lying areas
- Photographs showing clearing, grading, fill, and driveway construction
- Dated photographs and historical site observations
- Earlier wetland-related records where available
Purpose: Documents historical site conditions for comparison with later wetland delineations and present conditions.
Exhibit C — Hydrology & Drainage Changes
Contents:
- Photographs showing surface water and saturated areas
- Historical drainage paths
- Owner sketches and field observations
- Records concerning grading, drainage, groundwater, or redirected flow
Purpose: Documents changes in drainage and water movement so reviewing agencies can evaluate their relationship to present aquatic-resource conditions.

- Recorded plans and Registry references where available
- Agency and consultant correspondence concerning wetland boundaries
Purpose: Preserves the different wetland delineations and plans that have been used for Lot 2 over time.

Purpose: Allows the public and reviewing agencies to compare how the property and surrounding resource areas have been depicted at different times.
