Project Locus is finalizing a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers request for an independent jurisdictional determination of Lot 2. MassDEP has acknowledged a new public-records request, and MassWildlife has confirmed protected Westfield watershed land across Pitcher Street. Historical photographs, maps, agency records, and drainage information are being organized for review.
